Watching in Prayer is a place to pray together respectfully. These rules apply to shared prayer projects, prayer points, journals, chat, invitations, profile photos, recordings, and live audio/video.
Care for each other
Do not harass, threaten, bully, impersonate, or discriminate against others. Hate speech, sexual content, child exploitation, violence, scams, spam, and illegal content are prohibited. Do not encourage self-harm or exploitation. Respect a member's decision not to interact with you.
Keep private prayer requests confidential
Share only information and media you have permission to share. Do not expose another person's confidential information, record them without required permission, or distribute private session content without consent.
Report a concern
You can report concerning content shared in the app, including prayer projects, prayer points, and chat messages. Open the relevant options menu and choose the report option. For concerns during a live session, open More and choose Report a concern.
Our administrators review reports and may remove content or temporarily limit a member's use of shared features. Your report is not automatically shared with the person you report. If you have questions about a moderation decision, email info@watchinginprayer.com.
Your personal controls
Blocking a member stops direct invitations and ringing between you and hides their chat messages and shared journal entries for you. It does not remove either of you from a shared project or session. Mute for me is a separate control for their live audio/video on your device; it does not stop them hearing you in the shared room. The host's Remove from session action remains a separate group control.
Review and privacy
Reports include the reported content, relevant project/session context, your account identity, and the explanation you submit. Access is limited to authorized administrators. Open reports are retained while being reviewed. Closed reports and their action history are deleted after 12 months.
